Protein shakes

I am not selling anything nor do I work for any type of fitness or nutrition company.
Just a friendly tip for those in search of a good protein shake / meal replacement.
GNC Lean Shake 25 is a yummy and filling protein shake! It comes in vanilla, chocolate, fruit punch, cookies & cream and banana. It has 200 calories per envelope or per one scoop and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It has 25 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber. It is really delish, curbs any sweets craving you might have and really fills you up! I added one cup of almond milk to mine and then the rest with water to make it more creamy and shake like. I suppose if you were so inclined you could add whatever you wanted e.g., fruits, peanut butter, almonds, etc.
I wanted to share because I have been looking for something I could have for lunch that's easy, on the go and satisfying. This particular one worked for me.
I hope this can help someone

I tend to use protein shakes for post workout. I use 2 scoops and also add 2 Tbls of Pb2 powder and use unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I eat only that for breakfast if I am in a hurry. Throw in a bannana or some oatmeal for carbs and you're good to go. Maybe not as convenient as your solution, but it is probably cheaper.
Just my 2 cents worth.
