Day 2 Week 2 Well today was crazy busy, but I chose to sacrifice some TV time for a 9pm workout :) I'm so glad I did! It's funny because I dreaded every workout in wk 1, but I'm actually really loving wk 2 even though it's tough... SOOO looking forward to upping my weights!

Day 1 wk2 I only have a few things to say.... 1. Is it just me, or is Jillian just a TAD bit more obnoxious than in wk1?!?! 2. I kind of hate her when I'm doing ANY variation of planks. 3. I was sweating buckets, but it hurt so good :) That is all. :)

I am going to have to agree with you on this one... I am for sure misreading my goals. I appreciate the way you explained it though... I'm still trying to totally understand how to use this tool, as I've never done something like this before. So thanks for explaining it :)

Thanks everyone! Yea, I def stay within my calorie goal on my rest days, but I end up pretty close to the max of my goal on those days, because I didn't burn any by working out... so I was just worried that that might mess up my weightloss goal. Thanks for your advice :)

Day 5 week 1 So I forgot to check in yesterday to say how my day went :) Even with having a few hiccups in my day, I fit the workout in.... and it was much easier to get through this time! However that might be partially due to the fact that I knew I was going to be getting 2 days off for my break :)

I'm soooo happy for you! I just did my first day of Ripped in 30, and let me tell you, that Jill Michaels is NO JOKE! Lol. I'm pretty sure I sweated off my whole body weight :) You really inspired me to keep pushing even though it's the hardest workout I've ever done. Thanks for sharing your success with us! :)

I just got done downloading Ripped in 30 from Amazon. I'm kind of nervous after reading some of the posts, because I've never done a really high intensity program before. I'm hoping to lose some weight, tone, and improve my fitness level. Hopefully this works!!

I love this idea! I can't stand plain popcorn, but I've never thought of adding taco seasoning to it! I'm going to have to give it a try. Thanks for the idea :)
