  • I agree with all the above. You can't survive on less than 1000 calories a day - you will always feel hungry. You need to fill up on high protein low carb meals.   • Wow - How have you managed to lose 69lbs! that's amazing! I need to lose at least 14 but every time I lose maybe 7 I gain it back plus more. Maybe I should add more people to help me keep motivated.

  • I don't think it's the alcohol that's the issue, it's all the snacking that goes along with it, then the hangover carbs the next day to feel better. A whole weeks worth of work gone to waste on one night boozing!!! This is my downfall every week!
