WOW this thread is inspiring me for sure!! I have 2 boys, 6 yrs and 6 months, and have had 5 surgeries in 6 yrs as well as being on constant meds so my body is in rough shape. I am 10lbs down and working on it. These pics are exactly what I needed to kick my butt into gear today. THANKS and way to go ladies.

I'm on day 2 of the Shred, found it ok. I'm with OP in that I'm getting frustrated the scale isn't moving but I'll stick with it, allowing some rest days when I need it too. I was using 8lb weights but found it too hard on a few things so I think I'll go pick up some 5s.

Hi there, I'm a mom of 2 boys ages 6 and 5 months. I went down 22 lbs when nursing but then back up all the way after I stopped. So frustrating. Working hard on getting this off but I battle with daily steroids that keep my weight high. I WILL do this.
