50 lbs lost!

I recently reached 50 lbs lost, and am currently at 52 lbs lost.

My weight loss journey started on June 13, 2011. I remember the first day I worked out, I used Turbo Jam and after 15 minutes I couldn't breathe. I wanted to give up right then, but I kept going. By the end of the summer, I was walking 3-4 miles a day and doing at least 30 minutes of Jillian Michaels, Turbo Jam, or P90.

I'm currently 13 lbs away from my initial goal of 150 lbs. When I get there, I might reassess and go for more. Only time will tell.

Starting: 5'10" and 215 lbs.
