  • I am 5'6" weigh 158 and I wear a size 5 in most brands and a size 6 in Levi's. I am a medium build and I have had 3 kids over the past 22 years :) I can get in a size 3/4 but am more comfy in a 5/6 . The last time I was wearing this size I was 17 yrs. old!!

  • I started with 30 day shred and it has been great for me. I started working out this past January and I find myself going back to 30 day shred 3 or 4 times a week.

  • I started out weighing myself every couple of days, then went to weekly. I try to weigh myself every Monday morning unless I feel my clothes fitting differently then I just have to see what I am at :) It has been a big motivator for me.

  • I have only been on here 5 days but I have noticed that logging everything I eat is making me more aware of what I am eating. I can stay with in a set amount of calories every day with out logging, but with the logging I am seeing where I could do better with the foods I am eating
