  • Thank you so much for this post! My supermarket has just started selling these- I made the rookie mistake of heating them in the microwave- they were awful! That's how I found your post! Thank you so much for your tips on dry frying- I just cooked them this way and they were great! So so so much better!
  • I have just done day 1! I'm so tired but know it will get better each day- I've only got to level 2 before so I'm excited to stick at it and see my fitness improve- and hopefully see a change in my body too!

  • Hi! I'm 5 foot 4. I weigh 133lbs and would like to loose another 7lbs really. My waist is 27 inches, hips are 37.5 inches and my thighs are 21 inches around the fattest part (I don't bother taking bust measurements).
  • Hi! I'm Maria. I'm 26 and have 2 children. I've been doing OK on my diet but am struggling to loose the last 7lbs. I fell off the wagon yesterday and have been eating pretty badly today- tomorrow will be a better day and the first step to shifting the last half a stone! We can do it!
