  • I find that it helps to do your workout in the morning as well so you can plan for the extra calories you need to consume throughout the day. When I am forced to do my workout in the evening I can almost never eat all the calories I am supposed to. Much easier to know at the start that I have an extra 300 to work with…

  • I started last night and about half way through my side was hurting but my husband thankfully went with me and made me push through. Felt so good afterward to be able to say I finished Week 1 day 1. I think it is a good way to start running. Just have to push through the initial resistance! Good Luck!!!

  • I try working in my yard. You can spend a lot of time out there and burns lots of calories all while accomplishing another task as well. Only bad part is it is usually difficult to eat all of those calories back and I end up deficit still 4-600.... =)
