I keep hearing about it but I don't know what it is. Can someone inform me of it?

    30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels - it's a workout DVD :)

    I think people have said it's available at Wal-Mart for under 12 or 10 dollars. I have it, and it is a challenge!

    30 Day Shred? It's a workout routine (DVD) from Jillian Michaels and is pretty fun to do. It's a nice workout. I recommend it.

    30DS is the 30 Day Shred, one of Jillian Michaels' workout DVDs. I just bought it last week - it's an awesome workout. Only like $9-$10 at Walmart, too! :)

    it is a Jillian Michaels DVD called the 30 Day Shred. It is awesome!

    You can also buy it on instant download from amazon.com. It is 1.99 a workout (3 workouts total). Makes it cheaper than walmart and its instant! So no gas cost to go get it =D

    Not sure where your from, but if you have Comcast cable, you can get level 1 of 30 day shred for free. It's on 'On Demand' under Sports and Fitness.

    I have Exercise Tv OD. It should be there. I think I saw it once.
