I know this is late but I started my student teaching on Monday so I am just now getting my life in order and trying to get caught up. I don't have a resolution (I never do them) but I am going to the gym with my mom and getting my eating back in line.

Exactly. Women can fluctuate up to 5 pounds. That can really stress a girl out, especially if it is her time of the month. I just choose not to weigh myself that week because I know it is going to be off.

If you go to Subway's website under nutrition, you can calculate your sandwich! I had turkey with cheese AND light mayo and it was still only 400 calories. Most websites have their nutrition available so if you are wanting a specific place you can do some research before hand. Good luck!

In the grand scheme of things, the scale does not matter. What does is how you feel about yourself and that should NOT be determined by a number on a scale. You are much more than that.
