I take it at Golds Gym. It is fun! Just do your best. The more you do it the more you will be able to do the moves. The teacher should ask if you are new and add any alternatives to moves that not everyone can do

I do her Heart Walk videos on demand. I also do her 20 minute quickie cardio slimdown - I think that is what it is called. They work if you put in the effort!! Have fun :)

did you search google for the recipe for the pizza you saw on the show? I buy whole wheat pizza dough and use that. I put canned diced tomatoes on mine with whatever toppings we like. i love that! i will be looking for the cauliflower pizza. love cauliflower.

seems ok to me... I am short and much heavier and burn less, my husband is taller than me and a healthy weight and burns much more... My HRM matches what the machines at the gym say so I just go with it... I have a Polar and love it!

I am a Truvia girl! Like it because it is like sugar crystals. I use half a pack in my peppermint tea everyday!!! No after taste that I notice.

I did Body Combat last night and I just put it in manually. I got my calories from my HRM. So I put in Body Combat HRM and the calorie burn it show. I love Body Combat!!!

Loved it when Ali said you can go at any time! Why do so many people want to leave this season? Clearly she is not ready! She was sooo upset about staying! And Jen crying all the time is ridiculous! She makes me crazy! Is she still a little co-dependent?

Totally agree, my husband and I were clapping for him. And Brett giving him a hard time was crazy! He would have like for Ken to throw it so no on on red goes home!!! ugh.

I finished week 1 last night, but will repeat it because I just don't feel ready to move on. I downloaded the podcast to my iPod that tells you when to run, walk, etc. I will keep checking in. Good luck with your C25K. :bigsmile:
