  • salad can be really filling with the fiber and carbs in the veggies and the protein from the bologna and eggs. It's not a bad thing! Definitely helps with portion control. Try grilling a chicken breast sometime and cutting it up to mix in, that's my personal favorite and it's got lots of good protein for low cals :)
