Evening snacks

Hey guys I need some good snack ideas for the afternoon and evening.
I am trying to eat all my exercise calories back at the moment and I need some healthy snacks that can help make up my calories each day but are low in sugar and fat.. High protein would be a bonus too as I am vegetarian.
What do you have?

As an above poster suggested, the egg thing but don't throw the yolk away if you want the complete protein. Another suggestion, some greek yogurt.0

Just vegetarian, not vegan so eggs are a big part of my diet0

Cheese, yoghurt, nuts, hommus and carrot sticks, cup of tea, beef jerky, egg....
I try to eat no carbs in the evenings. I find that limiting my carbs and sugars has worked for me. Watch that 'low' fat packaged foods are usually substituted with high sugar content. I opt for fat over sugar/carb, keeps me full for longer without giving me the sugar spike in my blood glucose levels0 -
pure protein bars!! my favorites are the chocolate deluxe and chocolate peanut butter. 180-200 calories, 4.5g fat, 2g sugar, and 20G PROTEIN
seriously, so delicious. stick them in the freezer and they're AMAZING
