body weight exercises are great! i purchased a set of dumbells that came with a barbell bar pretty cheap, that could be something to look into :)

Thanks everyone. It's nice to see that I'm not the only one this is happening too. I'm still going to keep going but it is slightly demotivating. I guess this thing gets harder the closer we get to our goals!

Thanks so much for the replies everyone. I guess tucking the watch down or attaching it around my sports bra would work, I just didn't know if it had to be on your wrist or not! I'll definitely have to look into it!

thank you, ill edit those too! Ive already taken measurements from a week ago and they're the same anyway just now anyways :) Do you think i should be eating more dense foods, as opposed to more (if that even makes sense?) Like eat high calorie bread and such?

As of tomorrow then i shall give it a shot. 2013 here i come :) just hoping i don't get too discouraged if i do see that the scale has gone up but ill definitely try troop it out!

Oh I wonder where I went wrong then? Haha, Do you think upping the calories should be done gradually? Or just go for it and up them to 2013 straight away? I really appreciate your help, i feel stupid for not understanding haha. x

Just feel like it could make a lot of difference to my hunger. 300 is quite a lot! haha. I just don't know if 1380 is really too low for me? I'm 5ft 8, exercise 2-3 times a week and I'm 20 years old. just feel like i should probably have more

Thank you everyone. you're all wonderful :) I think i'm definitely going to give the gym a miss tomorrow, and see how i feel after that. Like i said i can be quite active at work so hopefully that'll be enough if i stay within my calorie limit too :)

There's just so much conflicting advice everywhere, i though't i'd ask you guys. I have to run up and down 6 flights of stairs a few times a day at work anyway so i guess that's better than nothing, right? my nose is just completely blocked and obviously that's not going to help me at the gym.
