exercising when full of a cold?
So i'm absolutely full of a cold, struggling to breathe through my nose at all and i just generally feel pretty vile. should i still be going to the gym and just not working quite as hard so that i don't struggle with my breath, or should i just wait till this cold goes? Im honestly clueless.

What do you guys think about taking protein in the form of shakes/bars? I know that i don't really consume at all enough protein as i should, but i always really thought that protein shakes were for bodybuilders and such people trying to build up their muscle as opposed to trying to lose weight?
