I sometimes download Tiesto podcasts from the iTunes library. They are all free and he produces a new one every week. This is more like trance/electronica but helps when you need to power through a workout.

I also used fitnessblender.com. I am about to finish their 8 week bootcamp which was really great but they have all sorts of workouts and individual exercises online. Youtube of course has lots. Other fan faves are blogilates.com, perfectleanbody.com, and fitstudio.com. Hope these help. Here's to fitness and wellbeing!

I love this cheese. They don't carry all the different types here in the UK (at least I haven't found them--please share if someone knows where to buy them) but I still purchase the ones I can find. It is a staple for me. Love love love!

I already don't eat pork or beef so really it was just poultry that I had to abstain from eating. So far so good. I've gotten some excellent…

I am determined to lose another 85 lbs, having loss over 20lbs already. I've had issues with weight majority of my life, primarily because of PCOS. I would love to have more friends so anyone can feel free to add me to help encourage one another.

I have the Polar FT7 also. I absolutely love it. I believe it is more accurate then the MFP and any machine's calculations. I have had some MFP calculations that were higher and lower than the HRM. I'd stick with the HRM. Best wishes on your journey.

Congratulations on your accomplishment thus far! That's wonderful. I only began using this site a couple of weeks ago but have lost about 4lbs. I'm really excited about getting down to my goal weight of 155 so I'm right with you! It's a slow process but I'm sure it will be well worth it in the end. My username is…

Hello All. I am new to MFP but I am so glad that someone posted about PCOS. I got diagnosed in 1999 and have turned a blind eye to it for so many years. I struggle with some of the same issues of gaining weight quickly, difficulty losing the weight, and hair growth in all sorts of places where it should not be visible. I'm…
