I've been doing it every other day ish with more walking and I've lost 13lb since Jan 12th, but I've lost soooo many inches ! I've gone down a bra size (2") in that area in under a month, I was only doing 30ds 5 times a week and my diet wasn't severe, just calorie counting, healthier options and smaller portions. Good luck ! xx

1. Log onto MFP each day 2. Drink more water 3. eat smaller portions 4. no adde salt/sugar 5. exercise 5 times a week 6.stop putting myself down 7. eat more fruit I'm in !

Hehe, do you findit harder to stick to your calorie limits and exercise when you have TOM? this is my first one on my new healthier lifestyle and I can't bring myself to do my workout dvd and I crave chocolate sooo badly ! X

Yes I am exactly the same, very very sore knees, had to put ibuprofen gel on them after my workout last night ! 30ds is a killer ! All them lunges and squats :(
