Never drop under the 1200 mark! Even that is probably much too low for you. There are plenty of nutritious options that are good for you, with a higher calorie content. Try hummus, raw nuts, avocado, whole-wheat pasta, dried fruit, fruit juices, dates etc Good Luck!
