Me a year ago but exactly the same now except longer hair now. Don't take pictures of myself very often so this was most resent of me by myself when I dyed my hair.

U feel left out haha I'm the one whos left out :( lol. Erm I'm not sure I don't eat quorn or any meat substitutes just fish. So mostly my diet consists of fish and veg lol fruit etc

I don't own any scales I weigh myself about once a month or if Im anywhere that has scales. You can tell if you've lost weight or toned up a bit just by how your clothes feel and how you feel

Sometimes I feel like I fancy a nice bar of chocolate. then I think to myself how sick and disappointed with myself I'd be after I eat it. That helps me resist personally.

I think it is weird, in a gym where everyone can see. I wouldn't no where to look. And switching partners is bizzare why would you do that, especially in public

I don't have a set time, sometimes the last meal I have is between half 5 Nd 6. I sometimes have a snack before bed. If I'm hungry Il eat something regardless of the time. I know the apparent myth that eating late puts on more weight because you obviously don't excercise when your asleep. But dunno if its true.

Hey you know them mcvities cream cheddar biscuits things the circle ones in a pack. There lush and only 21 calories per biscuit :)
