My food diary

Okay so this is the day that I start eating right! I've said that in the past and failed...but I think I've done okay so far today. I'm making my diary public so I would love to hear and comments or suggestions that anyone has!! I need help!!!!

    Your diary is lovely and healthy but you need to fit in a proper meal.

    I agree--see if you can work in a balanced dinner. Also, have you considered exploring Greek yogurt instead of light and fit? It's extremely good for you, and filling without the artificial sugars. It can be a bit tart but a dash of honey and fruit livens it up.

    Get yourself some good carbs (potatoes for example) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, etc.)! It's easy to eat the more processed foodstuffs but your body will thank you if you go for the real stuff. :)

    I'm not a pro but I would say more veggies, lean proteins and also more fats. Maybe less carbs, low-fat foods and sugars? Maybe check out the Paleo eating lifetsyle :) Good luck you are doing great!

    skim milk
    protein powder
    shrimp
    whole grain pasta
    spaghetti sauce-should be low in sugar?
    mozzarella string cheese made with skim milk
    Greek yogurt?
    all natural peanut butter
    sugar free grape jam
    sugar free popsicles
    raisins
    oranges
    bananas
    apples
    pork chops (which cut?)
    chili
    tuna
    subway
    eggs (too bad I hate eggs...lol)
    all veggies

    I also hate eggs!!! But my trainer encouraged me to cut out carbs and eggs in the morning do that. I've settled on using one egg and some egg whites and I put a ton of stuff in it, so it tastes pretty good. And I'm getting used to it and learning to like it!     Made some changes today and I think it looks good...opening it up to any critics!
