I'll join you! Haven't done the shred in a couple years, so it's time to dust it off!

I pretty much hate yogurt and have been trying to make myself like it for years. The ONLY one I can stand is the Chobani Greek Flip yogurts. They have granola, nuts, or berries that can be mixed in. This led me to realize that I only like yogurt with stuff in it. This all being said...if you don't like yogurt, then just…

Hi there! I just finished Day 2 on IP, and I'm excited to find people that have had success on the program. What results did you have during your first week, and what was your starting weight (if you don't mind me asking)?
-
bump, saving this for later!

I'm on Day 5 of Level 1, so count me in! ETA: I've started the 30DS MANY times, but I never make it out of Level 1. I usually get side tracked and never finish. Maybe you ladies can help keep me accountable!
-
Hey, that's enormous success! I never finish the first 10 days...I always get bored and move onto something else lol
-
You look AMAZING! Congratulations on the weight loss and on realizing you that are worth every good thing that's coming your way. Your story is touching, and I wish you all the happiness in the world!!!

You look freaking AMAZING! I always get bored with 30DS and stop before I finish Level 1. I started again yesterday, and you have definitely inspired me to push harder and go farther! Congrats, ma'am :drinker:

Truth is...you may not be eating ENOUGH calories. If you have MFP set to lose 2 pounds per week and you aren't eating any of your exercise calories; you're likely not getting enough to eat! You should really set your MFP to lose 1 pound per week and invest in a heart rate monitor to accurately gauge how many calories…

You're probably not going to get a ton of responses on here about WLS. That being said, check out www.obesityhelp.com. They have great forums and success stories as well as cold hard facts about all types of WLS. Good luck!

@LT_Starbuck This really spoke to me...I'm stealing this alarm btw.

TDEE figures your exercise into the calories you should consume each day (assuming you choose the correct activity level), so you would NOT eat back exercise calories when using the TDEE method. TDEE calories often times end up being similar to if you set MFP to "lose 1 pound per week", or at least that's been my…

You look amazing! I tried out for the biggest loser too, but obviously, I'm here instead of there. But, I'm making the change anyways! Congrats on your success and your upcoming wedding!!

I've been doing this for 3ish weeks. I don't follow the exact schedule as much as run for 90 second bursts as many times as I can for 25 minutes (after a 5 min warm up), and cool down for the other 5 min. The first week I could barely make the 60 second mark on the treadmill, but I'm now doing 90 seconds comfortably. I'll…

I started Friday, but never posted...4 miles down so far!

I've lost all of my weight eating between 1500 and 1800 calories per day. If I exercise, I eat back most of my calories. I'd suggest trying to eat a few hundred extra calories per day, and get a heart rate monitor to make sure that you really are burning what you think you're burning. The MFP estimates can be wildly off.…

You look awesome! And congrats on keeping your boobs lol

You look awesome Chick! Don't worry about what people think about you, in any way. The people that matter don't care about what you had to do to be happy with your body. If I had the funds, I'd go get the girls done and all this fat sucked out tomorrow lol. I miss seeing your face btw :)
-
Great job!! Impressive numbers :)
-
Congratulations on the weight loss and on making the changes to make your entire life better! You should be VERY proud of yourself for being so brave and determined :)
-
I'm exactly the same way. I can eat my exact calories every day and I won't lose a pound. Add in 30 min of exercise 4-5 times per week, and the pounds drop off. I'm guessing it's the combo of the two, but who knows?
-
Sounds like a plan! Looks like I'll be getting free weights for x-mas lol
-
At what point during your weight loss journey did you start lifting? I've just been focusing on cardio thus far, and I've got some fancy kettlebells coming my way for Christmas. But, I'm just wondering when I need to shift gears and focus more on lifting than on cardio. I have a lot to lose, and your post has inspired me…

Thanks for this! I'm definitely getting a 15 pound bell then. I know it will be a workout...but that's the point right?
-
I'd love to try these...they're just way out of my price range
-
Awesome! Thanks for the input...going to Amazon for pricing lol
-
This is amazing! I guess I should break out my 30DS again lol
