Hello. I'm happy to report I just survived my first fitness test! 59 days to go! I'm feeling very excited, motivated and optimistic. Sore, yes but that just means I did it right and have some work to do. At this rate I'll be done with my 60 days about 2 weeks before my 22nd birthday which is SUPER exciting since I had…

Thanks. I have others in mind just haven't had the extra money to do them right yet. EDIT: Also sorry they are so big, my bad.

Me: Hopless Optimist Oddest thing about me: One leg is significantly longer so my shoes are different heights. Best thing about me: Creativity. My biggest flaw: I can sometimes care too much about others forgetting about myself. I hate: discrimination. I love: music and art. I want: to look on the outside how I feel on the…

Unless it's a very classy club I see no reason why you couldn't wear jeans. I wear skinny jeans out dancing rather than skirts because I don't like showing my legs yet. They look cute and dressier when paired with heels and a club-ish top. Halter tops are usually pretty flattering. Or an off the shoulder flowy top. It's…

I think quitting soda is the easiest first step toward any healthier lifestyle. Maybe it's because I never was addicted to caffeine or drank it everyday to begin with. But cutting it out entirely is pretty easy and makes such a huge impact especially if you drink it often. Go you!

I kind of like working out, I like feeling my muscles working and my heart racing because it feels like I'm making progress. However I LOVE the feeling immediately after an intense workout and I think that is what motivates me to do it everyday.

Congratulations! Your story is very inspiring and that's awesome that you are no longer insulin dependent, WOW! It's stories like yours that keep me motivated since I don't have any noticeable change in my body yet but I want results like you so it makes me want to work to get them.

Thanks! I kinda figured I was just getting rid of water weight which is fine for now since I am in the beginning of my weight loss journey and it was only like $6. I am also eating healthy and working out so I know I'd lose weight with or without it but I feel I have a lot of water weight to lose due to necessary steroid…

I like my bf's facial hair. His mustache isn't styled but if it was I'd still like it. And I know a hand few of girls that love a man with styled facial hair so just find one of them. I'm sure if you find a lady that is really into you she'll have similar taste and will appreciate a fine mustache such as that.

I bought the 17 day diet book and have given it multiple tries but can't stick with it past about day 9 so good job! Even though I've had trouble with it I can tell it's one of the more do-able 'diets' out there. It's also nice because it works back in more foods as you go through the cycles. I do however still use some of…

Black metal is a good motivator. Behemoth, Satyricon, Dimmu Borgir, etc. Also things like Hatebreed & FFDP. If it makes me want to mosh it makes me want to run.

Hi group. I'm Lizabeth. I'm 21 & a lady. I have high hopes of losing 40-50 pounds by summer. I started seriously dieting and working out Jan 1 after off and on healthiness through last winter. I'm proud to say there are at least 10 gaming consoles in my house at all times. I love my NES, Xbox, Wii, etc. but I'm a sega girl…
