Looking for some motivation/ support!

I've been blogging for about a week now on a new meal plan I'm following. Its based on the 17 Day Diet by Dr. Moreno, but before many of you roll your eyes and because its another "diet" (I hate that word as well)... its a very sustainable plan that is working out great for me. :)

For a week I've been eating more lean proteins and vegetables, and less sugars and breads, and I can already tell its something I am going to stick to with no problem. I'm actually kind of happy I found something I like that can possibly be long term... considering I've spent months bouncing around weight watchers, atkins, south beach.. starving myself with no results.

I didn't want to post about it until I knew I was going to stick to it. However, after a week of staying committed to the plan and seeing some results (and sticking to my blog), I figured I would let everyone know about it in hopes that some might follow it, be inspired, but mainly read, comment, and inspire me. :-)

  • I bought the 17 day diet book and have given it multiple tries but can't stick with it past about day 9 so good job! Even though I've had trouble with it I can tell it's one of the more do-able 'diets' out there. It's also nice because it works back in more foods as you go through the cycles. I do however still use some of the recipes found in the book. Best of luck!!
