Its so crazy how just a few inches makes such a difference when i comes to weight! I'm 5'3" and 135, if only i could be 2 or 3 inches taller and i'd be at my goal :( guess I'll just keep working at it lol.

I'm 5'3 started at 152 and just weighed today at 134 :) So I'm getting there. Hopefully try to get to 125 or maybe even 120. Its taking a while but all I say is DON'T QUIT! Even if you're tired of it. Even if you have a bad day of eating, even a bad week. Keep logging!

Sadly I went through all 3 levels and had only 4 days left and I QUIT! I have no idea why I just got super lazy all of a sudden. But I lost about 5 pounds and over 10 inches alll over. I suggest taking before/after pics and measurements, you'll thank yourself later! Good luck and DON'T quit like I did! ;p

I wouldn't exactly say you're dieting. Just tell them your trying to eat better! I have similar problems, my families get togethers revolve around food. I would think, at some point, if you have any weight loss goals or any other goals like just being healthier and you've finally achieved them, then you should just keep exercising. I did an internship at a hospital and saw so many people in there due to complications of poor unhealthy lifestyle and diet and being overweight. I have this same problem, the night kills me, I hate it. My boyfriend and I stay up pretty late. I'm sure I should go to bed earlier but I don't. I try to find a low cal snack, sometimes it works out.

I absolutely agree with this. My boyfriend's family isn't as close as mine. We are definitely close. Visiting each several times a week and family dinner EVERY Sunday and I enjoy every minute of it. He doesn't understand it but knows its not going to change!
