Hi, I am Renata and I plan to start the Ripped in 30 on Monday! I have done the 30 Day Shred DVD and loved it. I had great results but had to live at my mums in law for a considerable time and all the good efforts went away after having too many nice dinners served by her :) Not complaining - but starting from scratch :)x

Well firstly, stop beating yourself about falling off the wagon and pat your self on the back for sticking to the shred for so many days! Just try to limit the damage by watching what you eat today and try to do your shred session today. Well done and keep going! I am way behind you on the Shred. I did Level 1 for 8 days…

I plan to start it tonight. Strange but I cannot actually wait :). I had a dummy run last Sunday and got I hurt everywhere but from tonight I am going to stick to the workouts and actually do something this time! I need any support I can get so please friend me if you want :)

I can so relate to that post! In my head I do think I look a certain way. and then when I see the pictures I think - who is this woman??? I feel so bad as I want to lose some weight so badly (it is only about 5 kg) but everytime I am good I do sabotage it later. Thinking ah - one biscuit will not be the end of the world…
