I must be hooked now. Looking for new ways to burn those nasty calories so I can eat more of them, lol. I cannot wait to get to my gym tonight! Body balance here I come!

    If I don't find an excuse to stay home, I'll be there. On the treadmill in the very back corner.

    Me! I've got 5 miles to run and some upper body strength training to do. And then I will sit in the steam room for as long as humanly possible!
