*puts on ashamed face* I've gained 20 in 20 weeks. My doctor is not happy. I gained 10 within the first 2 months, just because I didn't feel good eating anything but bread. I was eating to lose before, usually 13-1500 a day. I was 5'5 and 175, now I'm at 194. I hope it's true what one of the girls above said, that when you…

I'm 15 weeks, started at 176 and am now at 186/187. I had two weeks where all I could eat was scones and french fries and pizza. At my 12 week appt I had gained 6 pounds, so in the last 3 weeks I've gained 4. I feel ok eating more veggies and healthier foods now so hopefully I can keep at this weight for a good while. My…

I feel the same way :/ I'm 14 weeks and have gained 10ish pounds. I feel so gross and fat and definitely don't look pregnant yet. I'm finally starting to have a "normal" appetite again, meaning I don't want to eat everything I see, or rather, all of the sweet bread and candy I see. Here's to feeling and looking pregnant…

That link doesn't work at all :/

You can throw some into soups, muffins, bread, really probably just about anything.

Holy deliciousness! That sounds so good! I bought a frozen Amy's Gluten Free Margherita pizza and was kind of disappointed. It was OK, but no more than that. I'll have to try some of those other ones!

Wow!! I almost cant believe those results!! Was this level 1 30DS?! Definitely motivation to keep doing it!

Slim in 6 looks pretty low impact and actually 30DS does too. I may try it out tomorrow! A little concerned about the jumping jacks but I'l never know until I try! Thanks so much!

I'm actually doing the Jamie Eason program now :) I guess is seems so low-intensity compared to the other ones I read about people doing on here. I'll check out the videos for Turbo Fire. Thanks!

Welcome Kelly!!! I had so many doubts about this site when I started a month ago but already I can see how great it is! I'm on everyday! I'm 23 and have about 30lbs to go too. You can add me if you like!

I first figured out I had a wheat allergy when I started getting these huge, itchy, hard, spider like hives all over my body. I was also really, really tired, and also constipated and if it's not tmi ridiculously gassy (more than normal vegetarians). I've been mostly wheat free for almost a month. No hives. No extra…

I'm pretty new to gluten free eating also but my diary is open. You can add me!

Accoording to the website I'm 27.8% bf. Sure feels like a lot more. I'm 5'5, 177lbs with about 40 pounds left to lose. Anyone know how to calculate how much body fat you should lose?

96oz so far! Much more to come!

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I went over my calories by 300 something by eating a delicious price of cake before bed and I woke up almost a pound lighter. Can't wait to read those articles!

probably 8 years ago when was the last time you ate fast food?
-
She's saying she's not new to trying to lose weight. Meaning that she has been trying and is still trying. And yes, I agree you are eating WAY too little. You're body thinks it's starving.

Whew! Wow! Those are awesome!

Ohmigosh. Those sound fantastic!

You could try chewing gum? Or just eat a fruit or something like that. I know some people don't count an extra fruit here and there.

I've been hooked on Cinnamon Burst Cheerios. 110 cals per cup, 125mg sodium. The best part though is the 5g fiber it has! And it's so so good, especially with a banana. As far as special K cereals which a lot of people have recommended, they have pretty much the exact same nutritional value as coco pebbles or other cereals…

In the last year I've gone from a 16/17 to a 13 and Id be dirt broke if I kept buying new clothes. Luckily my mother sews. Everytime I visit home (every few months or so) I take some pants and she takes them in. I have size 18s that have been modified to fit my new size 13 waist. I did buy a new pair of size 13s at…

I too rarely get sick. Im sure you already have healthy habits like drinking lots of water and eating veggies. One thing I do do is eat a lot of spicy food. I hear that spicy foods, in particular if you use cayenne , they are supposed to boost immunity. Plus they are delicious! I put cayenne in everything! Even my…

Personally I would only count the sugar from unnatural or not whole foods. Fruit has a lot of sugar but it grows that way. there's a huge difference between an apple and a snickers bar.

I just discovered bb.com and started Jamie's program today! We'll see how it goes. I think I will continue throwing in a little cardio too though.
