I am so hungry today...

This is the first day that I have felt like this...I have drank myself silly to try and cover up those hunger pangs...I know that my choices have not been sensible ones today and have not eaten to satisfy me like usual...its far too late in the day for me to exercise to earn some extra calories :( does anyone have any suggestions?

    You could try chewing gum? Or just eat a fruit or something like that. I know some people don't count an extra fruit here and there.
  • I felt them too today. Just tried to distract myself as much as possible. Is there anything you can munch away on that's low to no calories? I like Celery personally. I hear melon's are good too... Good luck!

    Fruits & Veggies. Load up on them. I can always tell when I'm low on fruits & veggies because I am way, way, way hungrier.

    Also... that time of the month turns me into an unreasonable beast. What do you MEAN i can't eat my weight in chocolate???
