I lost 42 lbs in 2012 using MFP, but this year I have put 10lbs of that back on - I'm really frightened I'm going to undo all the work I did last year. I get the 'Light Box'. The punnets are all under 150 calories. I used to get the standard boxes, and there's some really nice stuff in them, but often they were really high in calories...

20 pounds will get me to my goal weight! I'm hoping to have got there by middle of August.

Probably not the best way to go about it, but I tend to just eat very little during the day and have a smaller lunch, so I have enough calories to cover a large dinner. I find it much easier to restrict myself at work than at home, so I spread my calories accordingly...
