I do so well for breakfast, lunch, and snacks in between but once dinner comes, I just want to eat everything in sight and grab as much sweets as I can! I am having a large lunch that fills me so it's not that I am starving at dinner time, I think it is just habit. Suggestions?

Probably not the best way to go about it, but I tend to just eat very little during the day and have a smaller lunch, so I have enough calories to cover a large dinner. I find it much easier to restrict myself at work than at home, so I spread my calories accordingly...0

Same happens to me. But I think it's because I don't eat enough during the day. Or I leave a large gap between lunch (1pm) and dinner which is around 7.30pm. Then all I want to do when I get home is eat anything and everything! Spreading out the meals is key to stop binging.0
