Me! Although we are currenty TTC #2. I only gained 15lbs with my daughter, and would like to do the same this time around too. I would love to be out of the obese range with my BMI before getting pregnant so I don't have to do the glucose test a million times during pregnancy.

Last week: 181 Today: 180 Down on pound! I wish it was more, but it was a tough week for me. I went out for restaurant week three times this past week. I was way over my calories everyday! Hopefully next week I will watch my calories better, and not go out to eat!

Hi! Congrats for everyones hard work this past week! I cannot believe I am five pounds down. As for a challenge this week, I was thinking to either up your water intake, or use the steps where ever you go. What to do you think? Hope everyone has a great week!

5'4 186 = size 16 for me

I never smoked. But my husband smoked 1.5 packs a day for 23 years. He quit over a year ago now. What helped him was the nicotine patch, and sugar free candy. He also kept a rubber band on his wrist in the beginning, and would snap it whenever he got a craving. Good Luck!
