It's comforting knowing there are others who have gone through something similar. Thank you for the kind words. I feel so drained of energy constantly, despite exercising very regularly. I am just mentally shot.

It really is an amazing city! So much history, the water, Fenway, the seasons, everything about it! I lived in NYC for a year and this city has so much more of a "town" feel.

A handful of plain almonds, an apple or pear, a fresh cold-pressed juice, celery with hummus, plain oatmeal, ezekiel bread with peanut or almond butter, blueberries, anything whole/organic/raw :) Good luck!
