Lucy's cookies are decent
Tinkyada (sp?) pasta is good...all my kids like it, even the 4/6 gluten eaters....which the 2/4 GF family members appreciate.0 -

I make crackers from seeds, egg, herbs and a bit of oil. Like this one:
1 Cup of almond flour
half a cup of sesame seeds
Nigella
Kummin
2 eggs
tablespoon of olive oil
Turmeric
curry powder
Himalaya salt
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well (it's just up to you how spicy you want them how much curry and cummin you add). Put baking paper on a tray, put the dough on the tray and cover this with a second piece of baking paper, press it a bit flat with the hands and then roll with a rolling pin till a thin cake, about half a centimeter. I mostly straighten them with a knife. Make cuts about how large you want them and bake then for 20 minutes in the oven at 170 dC. Take them out, let them cool off a bit and then break them att the cuts . If you want them more crispy you can put them back in the oven on a grill for 5 more minutes.
This week I made a batch with only seeds, like flax and chia. And here is a simple bread recipe:
