@sara 5 weeks this time. I know you lose it quicker at the beginning but Im still losing 2lb a week. My target is just under a pound xx

You sure Im not some mutant man beast in disguise?? ha ha ha If I start lifting heavy and start looking manly I hope you know how to reverse it ;) But yeah I had thought I'd need to lift. Hey ksimmons, not a nurse but Im a radiographer. Totally get where you're coming from... just going to start my third night in a couple of hours. Add me if you like. Do you always work nights?? Doing them every so often is bad enough. But it helps me to plan inadvance and usually I live off cereal and fruit :S

if you walk to work and use the stairs every day then increase ur activity level up a level but dont log as exercise calories and this will have already been taken into account xx

give it another 3 weeks to give ur body chance to adjust and if still no results try eating only half of ur exercise calories xxx

I dont think anyones put this previously but what about going to the supermarket as they reduce the price of fresh produce. you can get fruit and veg for less than half price this way. obviously it will spoil sooner tho. I love it when they reduce ready meals or bread coz I just put it in the freezer till I want or need it…

^^^ me too. that way I can juggle my snacks so I can eat what I want at meals (within reason) or change portion sizes slightly. Ive got my meals sorted till saturday lol

Look on group called spike 84. Ive not done it myself but it seems your supposed to eat BMR which is under tools every day apart from one day when you double it. You dont eat back ur exercise calories. It would seem your eating too little to be honest which can be more harmful to weight loss. Im no expert. Look into other…
