Sounds like maybe you aren't eating enough. You burned a ton of calories with your workouts and your body needs more healthy foods to keep up. I've also struggled with that. Sometimes its hard finding a good balance with your workouts and proper calories to consume. Keep at it!!!

Awesome!! Yes, physical mobility is soooooooooooooooo much easier when you have less weight! I always take the stairs and park far out in the parking lots now just to get more steps in~lol!

I actualy just downloaded that app too! Today is my 8k race but I have a concussion so I have to miss it. But once I'm ready I'm planning on using that 10k program to get back in it. You can do it!!!

Knowing your weaknesses and being honest with yourelf about the popcorn was such a smart thing to do. If you know you won't be able to resist, stay away! And an apple is always a great choice!! Definately celebrate all the victories because each one gets you to the finish!!

Well it sounds like it's not going to be a total downpour so you should be ok with whatever you wear. The humidity should awful tho! I always wear a dri fit type hat and dri fit top, especially when it's going to be wet, it helps wick some of the moisture away. Sopping wet socks and shoes are the worst tho, but power…

I was doing WW off and on for the last 2 years but I agree, it gets costly. The meetings are very helpful but the food plan is very similar to this (I logged both pts plus points and calories on here and they came out very close).
