I'm Trina and my weight loss goal for Halloween (which also happens to be my 41st (eek!) birthday!!) is 15 lbs. I have approx 50 lbs total to go to reach my final weight loss goal.

First off I have to say you don't look 50!! Food is the hardest thing for me, although I'm a ton better than I used to be. I try to eat clean 80% of the time which is usually pretty doable. I LOVE exercise though!! Feel free to add me for support if you want. :) Good luck with your journey!

If you are doing the WW program they have the points set up to account for the extra calories consumed from the 0 point fruits/veggies if you consume in moderation as the plan was designed for. If you are counting calories though as on MFP, you need to account for the fruits and veggies or you most likely will not lose…

You can totally run! I started using the c25k program about 2 years ago but I was also 270 lbs and I'm only 5'2" tall. It took me much longer than the 9 weeks to "graduate", I had to repeat several weeks, but I stuck with it and I have run several 5k's, 8k's and a 10k. I am aiming for a half marathon next Summer. I was doing WW and if you set up MFP with your goals and follow it, it works wonderfully!! The food data base here has everything and it has the barcode scanner also with the phone app. I love it and there is a lot of great support here as well!!

Since I can't workout this week due to a concussion, I am going to continue to focus hard on healthy eating and being positive.
