Need a little help have hit my first wall

I have been doing fairly well but have hit my first wall and I feel like I am slipping a little bit.
looking for some new friends to help me over this first hurtle.

Plan out what to do when you do hit a wall. Set a goal and reward yourself (not with food). Rotate days for lower and higher carbs too. That's supposed to help the body too.0
