Need a little help have hit my first wall

I have been doing fairly well but have hit my first wall and I feel like I am slipping a little bit. :smile: looking for some new friends to help me over this first hurtle.

    I've hit more than my share of brick walls! Keep doing what you need to do and don't give up!! You will break through it! Feel free to add me if you want.

    Plan out what to do when you do hit a wall. Set a goal and reward yourself (not with food). Rotate days for lower and higher carbs too. That's supposed to help the body too.
