Hi everyone, this is my first progress posting so I am a little nervous but im facing my fears. I started this journey in November 2011 after seeing pictures from my engagement party (the pic to the right is from my engagement party when i was at my heaviest weight). I have lost 51 lbs so far despite being at a plateau for the last 6 weeks. I have lost 2 lbs in the past month , but I have lost inches so I am proud of that. The second picture is last week while I was vacationing in Spain.

Hope this can help inspire someone. & hope that the images come out :)

    Good for you! I just started this 4 weeks ago, and I have lost 12 pounds already. My last visit to the doctor showed that my bad cholesterol, was too high and I was borderline pre-diabetic.

    I am not the type to take medicines, so I decided to stop the madness and really get into this. I have been a yo-yo all my life, and with age it is getting harder to lose weight.

    I go to the gym from Monday to Friday, and for two hours hike on Saturdays, I am counting my calories and reading the labels in whatever food I purchase.

    I know it is not easy, and more when you hit the plato, but keep going.

    Wow awesome job, keep up the hard work :)!!!

    My original weight loss inspiration was my wedding and thanks to that little thing i've managed to keep myself at a healthy weight ever since (not counting being pregnant lol, through which I actually mainatianed a fairly healthy weight gain lol)
