I would recommend getting a HRM to track your burning calories.. Also everyone's weight fluctuates daily so you may have eaten something the day before to make yourself retain water. it is impossible to gain that much weight in one day. i am a daily weigher also but i just keep in mind the body will fluctuate, for me its…

My apologies for the late response!! I ran 3-4 times a week and lifted 2-3, im usually backwards lifting more verses running but i am training for a half marathon so i had to flip flop my routine!

oh goodness there are soo many! Im in the Air Force so i get all sorts of people at the gym on base... 1: A guy who grunts just to grunt so the entire gym knows how "hard" he is working.. 2: Girl in the locker room put on lotion, makeup and put a flower in her hair before going out for her workout.. 3: A girl says to her…

when i first started i was terrified too, i just grit my teeth, put my head phones in, and tuned the world out! I set my eyes on the prize and i went for it, and said F** what everyone else thinks i'm gonna do this! Good luck!

Love it  i love getting the weekly progress reports because it tells you everything... all your steps for the week, your calorie intake, your calorie burn and on average how much you sleep.. that is my favorite feature

i actually find eating healthy cheaper.. meat and fruites & veggies from the market are super cheap... where we get hit real hard is the boxed/frozen foods and snacks that my husband eats.. if he didn't eat that crap our bill would be so cheap!

You maybe have gained some muscle... but isn't how you feel most important rather than the number on the scale?? :flowerforyou:

Not a fad diet... if you read the book there is a lot of scientific evidence behind everything they recommend. Don't just "skim" and give in opinion. Make sure you are well educated before judgement!:flowerforyou:

You can check out my results at the thread below :) I lovedddd it i never felt more alive! It is not that different from low carb, the only thing that surprised me was all the added sugar in things you would never expect! If you want the change bad enough, you need to make the decision and motivate yourself. We are all here for you, for support but no one is there to physcially make you do it. As far as time... you have to make the time, like it says on my profile "i don't have time" is the grown-up version of "my dog ate my homework". When…

if you go to bodybuilding.com (don't get spooked by the name lol) and pick a workout plan, you can click on each workout or even just type the workout in the search bar with a plan it brings up a step by step how to do it. Goodluck!

Most woman's problem areas are the hips and thighs... mine? Def Arms and back. If you start to lift (which you should in my opinion) doing bicepts and tricepts are sure to help.. atleast it did for me, but hey everyone is different! Goodluck to you! Ps: DO NOT be afraid to lift HEAVY

i used to do that A LOT. What helped me was right before i was about to eat i would ask myself am i really hungry? is my body showing real signs of hunger? or am i just craving and bored? then once i answered i either ate cause i was truly hungry or didn't. But its hard because you have to be true to yourself, its easy to…

@Cherrybomb, yes going out can be tricky!!! i just accepted the fact that i was "THAT" person! i went to red lobster on mine and asked all sorts of questions (my husband just sat there shaking his head lol) but in the end i ended up getting everything plain with just salt and pepper and it was still Amazing! It is crazy…

ahhhhh i just did some research, that is super interesting! Well learn something new every day! I think i probably will still wear it, i like knowing what my heart rate is and see the calories "burned" gives me motivation, but good to know thanks!

i use my heart rate monitor during my workouts to see how much calories i am burning, then i just log it under cardio
