your body is probably not getting enough nutrition. If you are eating enough and still filling hungry you probably need to eat more nutrient rich foods. I find that proteins and fats keep me fuller long :) goodluck!

your macros you want to pay attention to is your fats, proteins and carbs. Eating paleo is def very similar but i think with paleo you can have seasonings and stuff. you have to be careful because you wouln't even know half the stuff that has some kind of sugar! i was blown away by some things!

there will be no shock if your body is getting the correct amount of nutrients it needs. If you are still hungry after just eating lunch you probably aren't eating enough nutrient rich foods.

well if your not eating meals, only snacks you probably aren't getting an adequit amount of macronutrients in. As far as eating 3 or 6 meals. If you want my personal opinion i think it's an awful idea.. i would starve, but if you find it works good on ya... if not.. then you might wanna stop trying to take the easy way out and work for it (ie prepping your meals if your so busy). I know your focus is wieghtloss, but i don't think its healthy to only eat one meal…
