Hi I've recently started up with my fitness pal again, contentment has caught up with me and I am now trying to get fit again. I've been using the gym and running, would love to have some friends to motivate me and to help spur on.

I havent lost any according to the scales and im within my maintain balance, I have only lost 1/2" on the waist but I'm sure my belly is a lot different, going to resist looking at the photos till the end. I'm going to miss 2 workouts as I'm camping at the weekend though so hope it doesnt muck it up.

I have the same but with my right ankle. Lol. Did it the night before but was still able to do the workout but still a bit funny today, just about to do my workout now.

Just done mine, the difference between todays and yesterdays workout is amazing, felt so much easier than tonight.

I was sneaky and on the waist lost 1/2" and inch, also dropped on scales but dont know if thats a fluke.

Enforced rest day tomorrow as I'm staying with friends overnight, looking forward to kicking the butt of this one again on Thursday(will hope to squeeze this in tomorrow during the day but with the little monsters about I'll be very lucky).

Had a rest day yesterday as I needed to finish a sock monkey I was making for my sister in law. So its day one of workout 2 any minute now using my new 2kg weights ....

Did my workout at 10pm last night, I dont seem to have trouble sleeping if I exercise late either, looking forward to starting level 2 my knee didnt twinge at all last night. Did all the higher options except press ups!

Had a look on scale this mornig and it said I was 142 and I starter at 142.6. I'm maintaining at mo so a pleasant surprise.

Done all bar 50 crunches, my baby kept crawliing on me so had to stop will do them after tonights 30 day shred.

Me too brought the set too. Started 30 day shred on the 30th March but want to to six week six pack towards the end of the shred or when its finished around the 28th April but I'm away for the weekend so will more likely start it on 30th April.

Did day one yesterday and it surprised me as I'm fairly fit had to be careful on some moves as I have a dodgy knee from running when I was younger.

Wow I was wondering if there was gonna be a group for this, I've ordered a box set which has 4 of Jillians Dvds and was planning to start with the shred. I'm current Day 10 into a Zumba 30 challenge and getting good results will be an overlap but hopefully I'll manage.

I hope these work I've never posted pics on here before. I have already reached a weight that suits me but would really love to tone up more so hopefully this is going to do it. Fingers crossed I see a difference in 30 days time. (Please excuse the flash on the photo.
