  • Oatmeal with 1/4 cup whole milk with fruit (banana, blueberries, strawberries)
  • I had my surgery on December 12, 2011 and am down 74lbs feeling so good and loving my sleeve more each day. I eat what I want when I want. The first few weeks were the hardest with all liquids and then the mushy foods. It is all worth it though.
