I use Exercise TV. The videos change monthly so you won't get bored or stuck in a rut. If you don't have On Demand then you can view the workouts for www.exercisetv.tv. When you find one that you really like you can pay for the download so that it is always with you or you can switch it up monthly.

I think places like BK, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc. are the ones to stay away from. I was just curious...because it does depend on what each person considers fast food. Some in my office consider Panera, Subway and those to be fast food...so why I thought of it. I will post in the mornings to reveal the previous days totals.…

I need something for eating too. I haven't met my calories for the past two weeks. I have the set in impression that if I eat what I worked off...what good will that do me. I try...but I just can't seem to get the calories in during the week. Except for Fridays...the eat out night with my family.

Hi. I haven't reported my food to anyone before but that would probably help me keep the bad stuff out of it. Breakfast is consistent for me though. Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Coffee w/fat free creamer Pretty much every day...that is what I have.

I am reporting in for my Friday weigh-in. Way too busy at work for a Friday yesterday so a little late on the post. Last week was 138.8. This week 137.2. I am shooting for 130...or just a flatter stomach.

I also thought I had a pretty healthy diet until I started on the food diary. It is eye opening if nothing else.
