Hi! I'm 5'7, 160 lbs a veggie that loves to crossfit...I'm trying to figure out calories and macros. It's definitely hard to get protein as a vegetarian, without eating a ton of processed stuff.

I have been eating Ancient Harvest for over a year and have never had one piece of grit in it. Lentils, on the other hand, are a different story...

We add canned pumpkin to van or plain yogurt to make pumpkin yogurt. Same as the smoothie idea but it yogurt form.

Don't beat yourself up about the p90x! I have heard that it is crazy hard. Do what you can and slowly add more to your exercise plan. I have friends that love Zumba and really do it because it is fun--and as a bonus, have lost some weight doing it! I'm just getting back into the swing of things too. It is hard. Good luck!
