Vegetarian Crossfit Meal Plan/ Ideas

Hey there! Just beginning crossfit. I want to know how much protein/calories I should be eating. I am about 20lb overweight 180lb and 5'7. I would like to weigh 160 or less... I want to lose FAT. I want muscles (: Not "the hulk", but I know that doesn't happen unless you lose a lot of supplements, etc... anyway. (;

Any veggie crossfitters? How did you eat to lose weight/ lose fat?

    Hi! I'm 5'7, 160 lbs a veggie that loves to crossfit...I'm trying to figure out calories and macros. It's definitely hard to get protein as a vegetarian, without eating a ton of processed stuff.
