Impossible burgers make me so happy. They have 18g of protein and only 300 calories from white castle. I also got out of the 160s today after being stuck for over a month. WOOHOO! 2.2 lbs down in this last week and a half.

That's a possibility. Thank you. I am going to try low carb/moderate carb which I always considered bs lol but who knows. and adding more strength training. Going to start this weekend (after my last Final exam passes so I can breathe).

I didnt understand most of that. I dont know what NEAT is. But I dont unconsciously perform less exercise. I didnt eat over 1,700-1,800 calories on active days and I was walking 10,000-20,000 steps each day on top of exercising (Zumba, Wii Fit) at home. On days when I dont exercise I eat 1,300 or less.

Thank you all! I didn't! Lol. I lost weight quick but on and off. Lost 15 gained 5 lost 10 gained 4 lol it happens!!! But I did stick to it in a way I guess since I kept trying. :) Ill get there!

It's sustainable. Exhausting, but sustainable. But I appreciate the concern. I enjoy it if I have the time actually but I don't lol so the issue is the losing sleep. I do what I need to do though because I couldnt focus if I didnt work it off

I always do that. I lost 70lbs doing it. Exercising more works better for me than stressing myself out. I had an eating disorder before and it doesnt just go away. Id be thinking about how I went over for a LONG time and it would drive me nuts. Its easier just to work it off.

Thanks guys! I was just curious if I need to worry or if it is OK as long as my body doesn't show symptoms associated with too much sodium. I appreciate all of the input :) Guess I will just ignore it for now!
