I have noticed that on some solid low-carb days. If I allow myself up to 50 carbs, I find I'm able to hit my calories a bit more.But the days I'm closer to 20-30, I really do struggle to hit my calories. I haven't done any major exercise to create a hefty deficit yet.

Im a texture person, so some seafood has been ok. Salmon and mahi mahi.But we dont typically cook it at home. haven't figured out how to not ruin it! :)

When I first started it I just used heavy soup cans. :) Then moved onto large plastic bottles filled with dirt (hey it was free!). And then I finally got around to buying weights.

Oh interesting.. It might be something I want to look into a bit more. I have zero desire to be vegan, I just don't enjoy meat, and need to a proper balance rather than pasta and bread :) thanks!

Ive always been on the low end of protein. I often depended on nuts, chicken (Which i do actually enjoy to an extent) and protein shake with almond milk. It wasnt balanced - i loaded up on veggies and bread/pasta. and i constantly found myself reaching for xarbs because of it. Im willing to explore and try different meats,…

I agree with myyogaonline.com and also hulu has some great workouts. I don't know if you have to be a plus member or not, but I keep them in my Queue in case I ever need something quick

I attend yoga classes about 3x a week and love them. That said I hate the power 90 yoga he does. I never enjoyed it, and struggled for 2 months when I did those dvds. So it gets better but don't base all yoga off that small section he does :) its not all that bad!

Also remember that if you're weighing yourself once a week or every other week, one day out of that span isn't going to break you. I had the same issue yesterday and realized, there are plenty of days I don't eat back all of my exercise calories, one day isn't what got me this overweight, it's day after day after day.…
