This is a bad idea. I just spent 3 hours at a dietician's office today because I was eating too few calories! My body is how you would say "in starvation mode" right now. You need to get more calories in your diet before this happens to you. It's just probably not the best idea. From personal experience anyways.. Because…

I usually just drink things that have little to no calories in them so it still wouldn't change much...

I'm having trouble eating the amount of calories that I need. I need roughly 1440 per day, but am coming up short by around 500 - 700 calories! Does anyone have any ideas on foods that are healthy but higher in calories? Or do drinks that are high in calories count at all? Help! Thanks :ohwell:

I was never really explained this before and have actually had some medical problems because of my eating habits and such, and this really has put things into perspective for me. Sometimes when you search for an item, I've found that it won't come up sometimes because of slight spelling differences or things like that. Try checking on that. I know that "pop tarts" isn't hard to spell :tongue: I'm not trying to question your intelligence or anything... But maybe it is under a different name?…

Yes, I agree. We ordered pizza yesterday, and previously I would have been able to eat 4 pieces no problem. And yesterday, I had 2 and was completely satisfied!
