I'm having trouble eating the amount of calories that I need. I need roughly 1440 per day, but am coming up short by around 500 - 700 calories! Does anyone have any ideas on foods that are healthy but higher in calories? Or do drinks that are high in calories count at all? Help! Thanks :ohwell:
